Christian Prayer Center grew out of several years of weekly prayer meetings on Wednesdays in the residence of George and Sherly Abraham. Soonn many people joined in and came to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and obeyed him in water baptism.
On September 20, 2015, the Lord enabled us to begin a Sunday evening worship service at New Hope Church, New Hyde Park, NY.  Pastor P. A. Mathew dedicated the evening service to God’s glory.
In November of 2015, we moved to the Church of St. Philips and St. James, 432 Lakeville Road, Lake Success, NY. Â We gather here to worship our Lord every Sunday evening from 5 pm to 7 pm.
As of today we are vibrant fellowship meeting for Sunday Services and Weekly prayers on Wednesdays.
